Every new Full Set will include a Full Set Aftercare Bag. This bag includes everything you need to take care of your lash extensions and protect your investment. Take care of your new eyelash extensions in 5 easy steps!

1. Lightly Wet your lashes
2. Cleanse eyelashes and lash line with cleanser and brush or lash friendly towelette
3. Rinse lashes (repeat 2 &3 if necessary)
4. Dry lashes with a lash friendly towelette
5. Brush lashes while drying with a fan or hair dryer on cool setting as eyelashes fluff out

PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Prior to your appointment, please thoroughly clean your eyelashes with a mild oil-free cleanser as well as an oil-free eye makeup remover. Your eyelashes should be clear of any makeup residue in order to dedicate the maximal amount of your appointment time to eyelash extension application. A squeaky clean eyelash promotes optimal longevity in adhesion of the eyelash extensions to your natural eyelashes.

AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For the First 24 Hour Period

Please do not allow your eyelash extensions to get damp/wet. Showering, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, facials, tanning, swimming or any activity that will make your eyelash extensions damp/wet is not advised. These activities cause the glue not to cure properly and will cause your eyelash extensions to stick together and/or fall off.

Please do not lay face down or crush/compress your eyelash extensions. Sleeping on your back or side is recommended.

Please do not use cosmetics or moisturizers on or around your eyes.

After the 24 Hour Period

Please use water based eye makeup remover and oil free facial products. This will help you enjoy your eyelash extensions even longer due to sustaining the adhesion of the glue.

Please use moisturizers sparingly around the eye area. Eyeconic Lash Studio upgrade glue is recommended for those who prefer to use oil based facial products.

Please use a heated eyelash curler and avoid using mechanical eyelash curlers.

Please gently wash your eyelashes, outside of your shower in order to avoid the shower water pressure placing stress on your eyelash extensions

Please use lint free materials to clean your eyelash extensions. Cotton swabs/pads are to be avoided.

Please use water based mascara or oil-free mascara on Elite Classic eyelash extensions. Avoid using waterproof mascara on Elite Classic eyelash extensions.

Please do not use any type of mascara on Elite Fusion or Elite Volume eyelash extensions.

Please use eyelash extension safe eyeliner. Liquid eyeliner and waterproof eyeliner are to be avoided.

Please refrain from pulling, picking or rubbing your eyelash extensions, as these actions  can cause damage to your natural eyelashes.

Please refrain from allowing salt, oil, sweat or tears to remain on your eyelash extensions for a prolonged period of time.

It is also necessary to clean your eyelash extensions using a water based eye makeup remover on a daily basis, even if you do not wear makeup. This daily cleaning removes any debris that can build up on your natural eyelashes. Not including this step in your aftercare routine can cause your natural eyelashes to shed early, become weakened and possibly damage your natural eyelash growth.

Your eyelash extensions will last 3-4 weeks depending on your natural eyelash shedding cycle and the quality/consistency of your maintenance routine. We recommend an Elite Fill appointment every 2-3 weeks in order to keep your eyelash extensions looking full and excellent.

Eyeconic Lash Studio eyelash extensions are safe and do not damage natural eyelashes. Natural eyelashes typically shed every four to six weeks. Eyelash extensions simply shed with your natural eyelashes during the shedding process. New natural eyelashes will grow in place of any eyelashes that shed.

Eyeconic Lash Studio eyelash extensions are also safe for sensitive eyes. A free patch test can be conducted for anyone who has had sensitivities to glue in the past or for anyone who may have concerns about their potential response to the glue. Patch test results will be evident within 24 hours. We have various high quality glue options and special accommodations if an irritation happens to occur.

If you experience any eye itching or irritation, please contact Eyeconic Lash Studio at (817) 888-0753 as you may need to have your eyelash extensions treated or removed due to an allergic reaction from the glue or eye pads.

We recommend removal of contact lenses prior to your eyelash extension appointment in order to prevent the low-risk possibility of any eye discomfort. However, many people do not have any issues with wearing contact lenses during their appointment.

Eyelash extensions are totally painless! If any itching or irritation occurs, please notify your Elite Lash Stylist as there are several instant remedies available.

There is absolutely no cutting of any natural eyelashes whatsoever. Our Elite Lash Stylists are committed to maintaining the strength, health, and integrity of your natural eyelashes during the application process.

We offer a safe eyelash extension removal process if it is ever necessary for your eyelash extensions to be removed. Please do not remove your eyelash extensions yourself as this may damage your natural eyelashes.

At Eyeconic Lash Studio, your valuable time and elite experience are both very important to us. All appointments require a credit card number in order to reserve your appointment time. Thank you in advance for your understanding. It is our privilege to serve you!

Rescheduling Policy

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to reschedule your appointment. A charge equivalent to 50% of your appointment will be applied in the event that you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time in order to cancel your appointment. A charge equivalent to 75% of your appointment will be applied in the event that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, a charge equivalent to 100% of your appointment will be applied.

We do not offer refunds for any products/services at Eyeconic Lash Studio. However, we can provide a credit on your account or a gift card for future products/services. At Eyeconic Lash Studio, it is our commitment to provide you with an elite experience and excellent products/services!

Our prices are based on:

• Luxury materials and adhesives used. We offer 15 different lash curls, black, brown colored and glitter lashes, and multiple adhesive options for different sensitivities and lifestyles.
• Private rooms in a spa-like atmosphere. All rooms have high quality, heated and comfortable beds with plush blankets if needed. Lash Rooms also have individual ventilation and blinds for additional privacy if needed.
• All full sets include a full set after bag that has everything you need to protect your investment and health of your natural lashes. We value educating our clients on proper at home care.
• New clients receive a personalized consultation before your first appointment to create a bespoke lash formula tailored to your eye shape, style preference and lifestyle.
• Our Elite Lash Stylists hold countless certifications and continually take additional training to bring the most current trends, techniques and styles to life.

Intense heat at a close proximity can damage or change the curl of your lash extensions. This includes: smoking, lighters, campfires, ovens, standing over the stove, saunas, hot yoga, curling irons and blowdryers on high heat.
